We are seeing Malicious Emails containing the terms: Gateway Payment Acknowledgement and Your Gov.uk return is confirmed

These emails are spoofed, and appear to suggest a tax refund is available direct to your credit / debit card.

HMRC have confirmed that they DO NOT send out emails relating to tax refunds, and these emails are spoofed / faked / malicious.

If you receive an email like this, please delete it.
